Return & Refund Policy

 

We offer replacement on refund should there occurs any of these issues:

      a. Incomplete orders (Missing items)

      b. Broken/Defect Mugs or any fragile products.

How to claim:

      a. Snap a photo of the defective product, consignment note as well as the parcel then email to us at support@printwareone.com.

Important Note:

      a. The shipping charges for replacement will be borne by us

      b. The return policy will only be effective 7 days from the moment you received the parcel from the shipping agent.
